How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Thinkshide Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Thinkshide Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went wrong, first raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Thinkshide Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Steps to File
Email contact@thinkshide.property and include:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Send It
First, expect an email confirming we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Next, we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Satisfied?
If you are unhappy with our reply, answer the email and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help.
